Nutritional Coaching

At TEMPO, we believe that fitness isn’t just about getting in a good workout. We take a holistic approach to fitness at TEMPO and we believe what you eat matters and food is fuel for your body.

EXERCISE COACHING

TEMPO’s exercise coaching provides workouts, guidance, support to clients on their fitness journey. Our personal fitness training programs are tailored to help you achieve your unique health and fitness goals. We provide personalized workout plans, expert guidance, and continued support to ensure you stay on track and achieve results toward your fitness goals. Our training specialties include fat loss, muscle mass, sports specific performance, young athlete development and strength, and conditioning for rehabilitation. Our personal training is designed to maximize your potential and transform your lifestyle to be fitness forward.

All TEMPO personal training sessions are centered around our fitness assessments. These assessments are included in the training packages and will not inquire any additional charges to the client.

1-on-1 Exercise Coaching 

TEMPO’s 1-on-1 Exercise Coaching program are individualized training sessions with our exercise coaches focused solely on one client. This service is ideal for those who need focused attention, those with specific targets like muscle building or sports specific enhancements, those with injuries or conditions that may require special attention, and finally for those who prefer a private and personalized training environment.

The benefits of our 1-on-1 Exercise Coaching program include:

  1. Unique Workout Environments: Our trainings are not limited to a fitness center. We provide outdoor personal training, including Fitness Boxing and more.
  2. Personalized Attention: The coach assigned to you will focus entirely on the client’s form, technique, and progress on their fitness journey.
  3. Customized Program: Our workouts are tailored specifically to the client’s goals, fitness level, and any specific needs or limitations. 
  4. Flexibility: Our training times are flexible and can be scheduled at any time that is convenient for the client. 
  5. Privacy: This program is ideal for individuals who may feel self-conscious working out in front of others. 
  6. Motivation and Accountability: The coach will provide continued encouragement for motivation and keep the client accountable to meeting their fitness goals.

 

Small Group Exercise Coaching 

TEMPO’s small group personal training involves training sessions with a small number of participants. Our small group personal training is focused on maximum three clients and sessions will be led by a certified personal trainer. This format combines the benefits of personalized attention from the trainer with the added bonus of motivation and social support of a group setting.

The benefits of TEMPO’s small group personal training include: 

  1. Personalized Attention: Although our group fitness coaching sessions size is small (limited to a maximum of three clients), our coaches will still offer personalized attention and tailored workouts to meet each client’s needs and fitness levels. 
  2. Structured Programs: The training sessions will be well-structured with a focus on different fitness components such as strength, cardio, flexibility, and functional movements. 
  3. Accountability and Motivation: The group setting fosters a sense of community and accountability among participants, which can enhance motivation and consistency. 
  4. Cost-Effective: Compared to 1-on-1 personal training, small group training is generally more affordable while still providing the same level of expert guidance. 
  5. Variety of Workouts: Coaches often incorporate a variety of exercises and equipment, keeping the session dynamic and engaging for the clients.
  6. Progress Tracking: Coaches will continuously track the progress of each participant, helping them to achieve their fitness goals and they will make adjustments as necessary based on client progress.

 

Digitalized Exercise Coaching 

TEMPO workout programs aren’t just limited to in-person coaching. We deliver fitness coaching and guidance through digital platforms, making it accessible to clients regardless of their location. This approach utilizes technology to provide a personalized workout plan, give nutritional advice, and focus on ongoing support for the client, similar to our in-person offerings.

The benefits of TEMPO’s digitalized exercise coaching include:

  1. In-Person Fitness Assessment and Consultation: Although the program is delivered through our digital platform (TEMPO app), there will be a fitness assessment and monthly consultation for progress tracking done in-person. However, if the client would like to conduct the meetings online, this option will also be available. 
  2. Structured Programs: Just as with in-person coaching, training sessions will be well-structured with a focus on different fitness components such as strength, cardio, flexibility, and functional movements. 
  3. Accountability and Motivation: Clients will have continuous support through our WhatsApp community and emails. 
  4. Cost-Effective: Compared to 1-on-1 personal training and small group training, digitalized fitness programming is more affordable, while still providing expert guidance. 
  5. Variety of Workouts: Coaches often incorporate a variety of exercises and equipment, keeping the session dynamic and engaging, depending on the availability of equipment in the location where the client decides to train. If the client decides to train in the comfort of his/her home, our coaches provide programs that are fully functional based on the availability of the equipment at home. 
  6. Progress Tracking: Coaches will track the progress of each participant, helping them to achieve their fitness goals and they will make adjustments as necessary based on client progress.

You can say goodbye to the hassle of crowded gyms and inflexible schedules, and say hello to a convenient, personalized fitness journey. One of our inaugural MOOVE locations included training at Artificial Beach, therefore, we can ensure that we will always have trainings at various interesting locations that will give you a fun and unique workout experience. The best part is, you don’t have to worry about getting to the workout destination, our exercise coaches will drive you to the training location and back.

Our comprehensive Nutritional Coaching service is designed to complement your fitness journey, helping you achieve optimal health and personal fitness through balanced and personalized nutrition. 

TEMPO’s Nutritional Coaching service offers the following to all clients:

Nutritional Assessment: Understanding your current eating habits is the first step to making positive changes to your diet. Therefore, we offer an in-depth nutritional assessment to evaluate your dietary intake and identify potential areas for improvement prior to creating your personalized nutrition plan.

Personalized Nutrition Plans: Our expert Clinical Nutritionist/Dietician will help create a customized meal plan tailored to your specific fitness goals, whether you hope to lose weight, build muscle, increase energy, or simply maintain a healthy lifestyle. We work with every client to curate a meal plan that accounts for your dietary preferences, allergies, and lifestyle to ensure you get a meal plan that is easy for you to maintain and adjusts to your changing needs long-term as your fitness journey progresses.
