1. General

  • All products and services listed are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time or adjust pricing as needed.

  • While we aim for accuracy, typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. TEMPO reserves the right to correct any such errors and cancel orders if necessary.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and inclusive of applicable local taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase via the available payment methods (e.g., Bank Transfer, Cards, Online Payment Gateways).

  • If payment fails or is not received, your order will not be processed.


4. Order Confirmation

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

  • This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order — TEMPO reserves the right to cancel or reject any order at our sole discretion (e.g., stock issues, suspicious activity).


5. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines and fees will be clearly stated during checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as weather, courier issues, or public holidays.

  • You must ensure the delivery information provided is accurate. TEMPO is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details.


6. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped or fulfilled.

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer within 7–14 business days once the return is approved.


8. Subscriptions & Services

  • Subscription services renew based on the chosen billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • No refunds are provided for partially used billing cycles.

  • Services once rendered are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.


9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and media on the TEMPO website are the property of TEMPO and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

TEMPO shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our site or services

  • Any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control


11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malé, Maldives.
