Before starting your program, we recommend setting an initial consultation with your coach to clearly define your goals and expectations.
These goals will be agreed, measured, and evaluated monthly to track progress and maintain accountability.

WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT FROM YOUR TEMPO COACH?
At TEMPO, we follow a clear, professional structure to ensure you receive true value from your training experience:
Initial Meeting:
- Detailed discussion on your health history, fitness goals, training preferences, lifestyle, and behaviour patterns.
- Basic fitness assessment to establish your starting point.
- If necessary, a medical clearance request letter will be provided.
- Agreement on clear training objectives and necessary lifestyle modifications.
Program Prescription:
- Your coach will provide you with a detailed exercise program, delivered digitally through the TEMPO App, so you always have access to your full training structure and progression plan.
- At TEMPO, we believe in sustainable, realistic approaches to nutrition.
Our coaches do not prescribe strict diets. Instead, we follow a philosophy of mindful eating and coaching support. You will receive sample diet patterns through the TEMPO App to help guide your choices, and you will have the option to log your meals allowing your coach to review, understand, and guide your nutrition habits over time. - All body composition analysis results and fitness assessments conducted at TEMPO will also be shared through the TEMPO App. You will be able to view your assessment history, track your improvements, and compare progress with full transparency.
- After your initial session, your coach may adjust and refine your program based on real-time observations and performance. All updates and changes to your training plan will be visible to you inside the TEMPO App ensuring you’re always moving forward with clarity and purpose.
Timing and Professional Standards:
- Punctuality is non-negotiable — your coach will start and end your session on time.
- If a coach is late, the missed time will be compensated.
- If a client is late, the session will conclude at the originally scheduled time to maintain fairness and structure.
Follow-Up and Progress Tracking:
- A monthly progress consultation will be conducted to review your training outcomes.
- Programs will be adjusted based on performance, goals, and individual needs.
